We know that event plans don’t always go as expected, and we strive to be accommodating while keeping our schedule running smoothly for all customers. Please review the guidelines below:
Cancellations
Notice Timing
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Giving us plenty of notice helps us adjust our schedule and potentially assist other customers.
Deposits & Credits
All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel by 9:00 AM the day prior to your scheduled delivery, your deposit will be retained as a credit that can be applied toward a future rental.
Inclement Weather
Safety is our top concern. If weather conditions are unsafe or unfavorable, we offer flexible options. We will gladly work with you to either reschedule your event or apply your deposit to a later date.
Rescheduling
Advance Requests
If you need to change your event date, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make the appropriate adjustments.
Scheduling Availability
We will make every effort to accommodate your new requested date and time. Please note that all changes are dependent on equipment availability and our existing bookings, so early requests are recommended.
